About CAS Calibration
CAS Calibration is a reliable and trustworthy contractor for annual Mechanical and Electrical Certification of automated ultrasonic systems and instrumentation. All our tools and equipment are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). CAS Calibration specializes in calibration procedures and tolerances outlined in many of the prime specifications, such as P28TF8-S1, P29TF82-S3, ASTM E-317, MIL-STD 2154, NADCAP AC7114-3, BAC 5980, and AITM6-0013.
The mechanical calibration certification will cover machine level, axis precision, accuracy, backlash, parallelism, straightness, repeatability, perpendicularity, and angular positions. CAS Calibration can perform these services on gantry systems, immersion tanks (turntables and rotators), lab scanners, and other configurations. The calibration technique can be customized to each automated ultrasonic system to meet or exceed the desired specifications, equipment manufacturer, client-specific requirements, and tolerances.
In addition to Mechanical Calibrations, CAS Calibration specializes in Ultrasonic Electronic Calibration including Instruments, Logarithmic Amplifiers and Pulsers. CAS Calibration specializes in the complexity of these automated, integrated systems used in production. Our goal is to provide reliable, trustworthy measurements and minimize machine downtime.
CAS Calibration aims to keep costs to our customers low and, if need be, the mechanical or electronic calibrations separately. CAS Calibration will track and record the calibration histories of our client machinery and automated quality equipment. CAS Calibration can schedule Annual Calibrations 6 months to a year in advance; this keeps travel costs low and provides ample time for production to prepare for scheduled downtime.
